Students of Chua Chu Kang Primary School (CCKPS) are collecting shoes from their network for a donation drive from 30th July to 27th August 2021. This is in partnership with Soles4Souls (APAC), a non-profit that turns unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunities.
This initiative is started to engage Primary 5 students on social impact through their Values in Action program. The campaign empowers students to positively influence their friends and family members' participation in something meaningful - Giving.
Students are encouraged to involve their parents, relatives, friends, and extended network to donate used shoes for their Values in Action project in school. The school has a collective target to receive 100 pairs of shoes to be donated to Soles4Souls. Soles4Souls will in turn donate these shoes to families in developing countries living in poverty.

How you can be involved

Search for "CCKPS" and tap on the project
Select the shoes you would like to contribute and indicate quantity
Pass the shoes to a student with Chua Chu Kang Primary School (CCKPS)
*There are multiple donation drop-off points within the school premises.
However, only students and teachers are allowed to enter the school. Donations are therefore only accepted through students studying at CCKPS.
